The Chicago Charter Boat

The Chicago Charter Boat  “MASSIVE CONFUSION” is a 38foot Delta Coast Guard Multi Passenger (T-Boat) FISHING CHARTER boat.  The boat is conveniently located 10 minutes from Downtown Chicago and Wrigley Field in Chicago’s Northernmost Marina – Montrose Harbor.  The biggest difference in this boat is the fact that the coast guard allows for up to 14 passengers and Crew at any time aboard this boat.  That means unlike basic 6 pack charter boats we are LEGAL to carry more than 6 passengers and we are fully licensed and insured in conjunction with that licensing.    Because of this larger groups can be accommodated on 1 boat. Unlike other so called party boats located also in Chicago the “MASSIVE CONFUSION” is a true fishing machine and it is laid out for functionality and comfort while allowing a larger group to enjoy the great angling for Salmon and Trout that Lake Michigan has become famous for.  We feature the best rods, Reels and terminal tackle available for Lake Michigan fishing and it is provided at no extra cost.  We also have for purchase Illinois 24 Hour Fishing licenses aboard the boat as a convenience to our fisherman.  I (Capt. Bob Poteshman) have been actively fishing and a Charter Captain for Salmon and Trout on Lake Michigan since my first boat (A 16 foot Lund Mr Pike) in the late 1970’s.  I know where to fish and will give you my best effort.   As with all of my other charter boats cleanliness and good order as in mechanical condition is something I keep a priority!  Our season starts Mid April and goes thru Mid October.  Thank you for entering my website and please feel free to call me to discuss a Lake Michigan Fishing Adventure aboard the Massive Confusion.
